In the games, bosses appear to challenge the player’s skills is common, but sometimes, they even go a few steps before the calculations of gamers. The game development team makes us fight the enemies with almost no chance of winning. In this article, let’s take a look at the meetings that have all of us quite discouraged.
GENICHIRO ASHINA – FIGHT TUTORIAL (SEKIRO: SHADOWS DIE TWICE)
Basically, every boss in the game Sekiro can bring a sense of inhibition to the player, but fighting against Genichiro Ashina in the early minutes of the game is really hopeless. It was designed as a super difficult encounter, so the average player simply could not overcome it, and losing the battle resulted in a cutscenes in which the Wolf’s arm was cut out. It is technically possible to defeat Genichiro in this encounter, but all of this is giving you a slightly altered cut scene, in which your arm is ultimately cut off.
FORTUNE (METAL GEAR SOLID 2)
Raiden stumbles upon some truly formidable foes during Metal Gear Solid 2 events, but his fight against Fortune is what makes him most desperate. Of course, luck can deflect any bullet fired at her, while even the grenade that Raiden threw at her simply refused to explode. All you can do is survive a certain amount of time, before the story of intervention and meeting ends.
NADINE (UNCHARTED 4)
The first fight between Nate and Nadine in Uncharted 4 “boss fight” was tense, but even so, with Nadine quite annoying in both encounters, she suited this feature. The first time Nate fights her, he can even attack. In their second battle, Nate and Sam fought a two-on-one fight with her, and although they could at least make some rather powerful shots, they were still unable to defeat Nadine.
RIDLEY (SUPER METROID)
One of the main villains of this series, the first time Ridley appeared in Super Metroid, he couldn’t beat it. Although Samus is able to launch attacks towards Ridley, they seem to have no effect on him. After having used all the tricks or hit the required number of attacks, the fight ended with only one way – Ridley was unharmed and flew away.
