One month after its launch in the international market, Sony’s most compact Full Frame camera, a7C, was officially sold in the Vietnamese market. This promises to be a product that will change the design trend of the camera lineup in the future.
In terms of appearance, the Sony a7C is shaped like an APS-C camera from this company and feels extremely comfortable to hold.
Despite its compact body (size only 124.0 x 71.1 x 59.7mm and weighs 509 grams), the machine still “crams” full of Sony’s best technology with a 24.2 MP Full Frame sensor, 5-axis in-body image stabilization, 10fps continuous shooting, 4K / 30fps or 1080p / 120fps video recording.
It also features a BIONZ X equivalent image processor a7R IV and a9 II, with an ISO range ranging from 100-51,200 (expandable up to 204,800).
Covering the sensor is 693 phase-detection points and 425 contrast-detect points. This parameter is equivalent to A7III. The device has enough buffer to store about 223 JPEGs and 115 RAW images or 45 RAW images when shooting in burst mode. Sony says that the device can autofocus even when subjects move super fast and light is extremely low.
Sony a7C has a 3-inch flip screen with a resolution of 921,000 pixels, effectively serving many different needs, especially vlog. Attached is the EVF viewfinder with 2.36 million pixels, 0.59x magnification.
