Neither the Steam nor the Epic Games Store are clear about how much these settings will help you achieve fps; But as far as we know, the PC version will be much improved over the PS4 version, including support for resolutions up to 4K and unlimited (unlocked) fps, support for mouse & keyboard, allowing change the field of view FOV to 100 degrees, and adjust the anti-aliasing presets as well as the anisotropic filtering.
