[CES 2020] A close-up of the ‘monster’ duo Canon EOS 1DX Mark III and EOS Ra

To prove that DSLR still has a foothold in the professional photography market, Canon recently officially launched the “monster” EOS 1DX Mark III, selling professional photos for “hard core” photographers with series of upgrades from the Mark II generation. At the CES 2020 event held yesterday, Canon also brought two of its latest cameras so that users can admire these devices, including the 1DX Mark III DSLR and a mirrorless camera. The new flip launched late last year, the EOS Ra.

With this release, the EOS 1DX Mark III will continue to dominate the professional camera segment. This will also be the “dinosaur” DSLR on the market released by Canon. Notable upgrades of 1DX Mark III include the new Digic X processor, the ability to shoot continuously up to 20fps, improved caching up to 1000 photos or 5.5K RAW video recording …

The EOS 1DX Mark III will go on sale in February for $ 6499, or about VND 150 million.

Canon EOS Ra

Although it was launched in November last year, at this year’s CES 2020, Canon also brought out the Ra for users to experience. This can be considered as an upgraded version of the previously launched EOS R. With EOS Ra, Canon has added an IR filter layer to increase the ability to receive light at the wavelength of 656nm, which is the alpha alpha beam emitted from distant planets – so that the camera can easily capture the planets. This feature reduces the exposure time to prevent light streaks or camera shake. In other words, this is a mirrorless camera for those who love photography.
